Object history | The design has similarities of style and subject with a number of designs in the Beaumont collection, although whether from the same production, by the same artist, or merely in the same style is impossible to determine. The group are: S.298-2000; S.299-2000; S.300-2000; S.301-2000; S.302-2000; S.303-2000; S.355-2001. The design came to the Museum as part of the Cyril Beaumont Bequest and was probably acquired by him as possible illustration for his various publications on ballet design. |
