Physical description

Design for stained glass. Architectural setting for a shield with crest of Menzinger of Basle, possibly Hieronymus Menzinger, member ofr the Council of Basle, who was murdered in the Hard Forest in Alsace in 1600. Figures of Fortitude, Peace, War and Charity, and scenes of the Sacrifice of Abraham and the Angel appearing to Hagar in the Wilderness.
