Physical description

Nine bright blue ribbons run parallel to the selvedges. They are intertwined with flower garlands. The design of the ribbons is the same as on T.943-2000. The ground is red-striped on white.
Both selvedges are preserved and contain the following printed text: ' CHELSEA RIBBONS From the Collection FABRIC ON FABRIC By Warner Copyright (c) MCMLXXXV By Warner & Sons Limited '.
