Furnishing fabric length of screen-printed cotton. The pattern recalls the stylised rock and waves designs often found on the bottom of Chinese dragon robes and features chrysanthemum, commonly used on East Asian textiles. The colours used for this colourway include pink, purple, and green. T.1043-2000 is the same design in a different colourway.

A label is sewn onto the back. Both selvedges are preserved and printed on them is the following text 'SHANSI from WARNER'S MANDARIN RANGE '.
