Dish with rounded spreading sides and canted flat rim, thinly potted, and with a roughly foliated rim-edge; low, roughly-finished footring. Painted inside in the centre within a circle is an octagonal panel, with a design of two geese and a third in flight beside plants and rocks. The well and rim are occupied by eight radiating panels in which aster-like plants alternate with sketchily-drawn emblems, separated by narrow panels of formal dotted design. The outside is similarly divided into radiating panels with circles containing dots.
