Incense burner and lid of glazed cream-coloured earthenware, with incised and pierced decoration. Cylindrical with slightly contracted neck, flat rim, two rectangular handles, and three small shaped feet. The slightly domed lid is decorated with sprays of peony flowers incised and partly pierced and surmounted by a figure of a Korean lion.

Physical description
Incense burner and lid of glazed cream-coloured earthenware, with incised and pierced decoration. Cylindrical with slightly contracted neck, flat rim, two rectangular handles, and three small shaped feet. The slightly domed lid is decorated with sprays of peony flowers incised and partly pierced and surmounted by a figure of a Korean lion.
