Dish of porcelain, painted in flesh-pink, grey and gilt, in European style and probably after a European engraving. Round the edge of the rim, a gilt border of scrollwork of the type known as Laub-und Bandelwerk. In the centre a wedding scene. Through a heavy baroque arch a young couple are seen receiving a wreath from Juno. In front are Neptune and his tritons. On the top of each column supporting the arch is a coat of arms. Round the arch is the legend: 'SEMPER AMOR PROTE FIRMISSIMUS ATQUE FIDELIS'.
