Physical description

Dish of porcelain, with decoration painted in underglaze blue and in enamel colours (including blue) and gilt. Round the rim is a narrow border containing three varieties of cell-diaper in three pairs of opposite compartments, broken by six bracket panels containing 6 dragons on a white ground, four of the dragons being red and gold, and the remaining two in blue enamel. In the centre painted with prunus tree, bamboo, rocks and twelve magpies.
