A moulded figure of Zhenwu the Dark Warrior, seated on a high pedestalled throne, the throne on a later European ormolu base. The figure is shown with flowing robe, hair and beard, with both hands placed on the knees. The head, hands, feet and cape are gilded, the rest of the figure being glazed in turquoise and blue.
