Jar of porcelain, with decoration painted in underglaze blue and overglaze enamels. Round the neck a border containing peaches and persimmons; below it, a border of cell-diaper in blue and red. Round the sides is a scene with figures. On a garden terrace an old man is seated at a table on which are writing materials and a cylinder containing brushes. On the left are two boys approaching him and carrying objects not identified. Above is an inscription.
