Physical description

Dish, saucer-shaped. In the middle, a ten-sided panel containing an eagle on a rock. On the border, which is moulded in petal-shaped compartments with a wavy edge, are ten panels of fruit, flowers and emblems. Under the rim, ten roughly drawn emblems.
