Dish of oval shape, with flat unglazed base and spreading quatrefoil lobed rim. Painted in the centre with the arms of Fazakerly of Lancashire, Gules, three men's heads couped at the neck proper, on each a cap argent, quartering other Fazakerly coats, Ermine three bars vert and sable, three swans argent; impaling Lutwyche of Salop, or, an heraldic tiger passant gules (painted statant); and on the rim the crest: a swan on a green bank within a circle. Round the crest, an oval rope pattern in black and gold.
