The half-draped figure stands on a low, square base with grassy mouldings supported from behind by a stump, with left foot forward, holding the pot in his left hand and grasping the lid with his right. The flesh is naturalistically coloured; the robe is crimson, the base green, the pot painted with designs in blue.
