Physical description

Jar of porcelain, in bulbous form with openwork flat-topped cover of carved wood. Painted in blue, red and black under the glaze. The body is divided into three zones, two narrow enclosing a wider; the latter is painted with two dragons from the mouths of which issue sprays of sacred fungus, the former each with two dragons of archaic form amidst clouds.
