Paintholder and lid, in the from of a square box and cover. On each side of the paintholder is a floral design painted in green, yellow and mauve enamels. The lid is painted in enamels with Shangyuan furen holding a ruyi sceptre and riding a qilin, within a gilt border. The seal of Tongzhi appears in red on the base.
