Physical description

Dish of porcelain, painted en grisaille, overglaze enamels and gilt, with 'ruby back'. Inside with two cocks and peonies in a leaf-shaped panel, surrounded by foliage and flowers; border of lotuses and other flowers in red and gold, formal foliage in black and gold, and four reserved panels painted with floral sprays in blue.
