Vase of porcelain. In the form of a triple gourd. Painted in three shades of green, red, yellow, manganese-purple, blue enamel and black. Round the lowest gourd, two panels of birds in reserve on a ground of floral scrolls broken by vessels and emblems. Above, two panels containing respectively two lions and a qilin in reserve on a similar ground. Above, lotus scrolls in white on red. Borders of plantain leaves and peony scrolls with pendant jewels. Round the foot peony scrolls.
