Physical description

Lantern of porcelain. Globular body, short neck and foot, no base. Painted in overglaze enamels of the famille verte palette, with four panels of figure-subjects (three of sages in meditation, and one of a flute-player on a buffalo), in reserve on a ground of chrysanthemum scrolls.
