Physical description

Dish of porcelain, painted in underglaze blue and overglaze enamels. In the middle, plantain and prunus trees with rocks and flowering plants, and trellis. Panelled border, the wider panels containing alternately peonies, and bamboos and prunus trees; the narrow panels containing carnations and foliage, alternately in colours and in gold on a blue ground. Narrow outer border of formal flowers and diaper. Underneath, flowers and foliage on a wavy stem.
