Vase of porcelain. Club-shaped, curved sides slightly tapering to the base. Painted with enamel colours in the famille verte palette. On the sides in two rectangular panels, with two groups of ladies symbolising the Four Accomplishments, and with birds and fishes in leaf-shaped and circular compartments, all reserved on a ground brocaded in red and gold. On the shoulder a brocade of flowers. On the neck, Li Tieguai with his magic gourd, and Liu Hai with a three-legged toad.
