Dish with low rounded cavetto and broad flat canted rim; small low foot. Painted in a palette of green, red, yellow, greyish aubergine and black enamels with touches of gilding. In the centre is a scene of a lady with two guests seated in front of a screen and a servant with a wine pot; round the cavetto is a double-branched flower spray with different blooms; and round the rim is a continuous floral scrolls, bearing blooms of chrysanthemum, peony and aster alternately. The outside is plain.
