Vessel and cover in the form of a boat, covered with a pale brownish glaze. The flattened stern has a small loop handle and the pointed bows a partial covering impressed to imitate planking. The cover is in the form of an irregular gabled and thatched roof with three depressions on each side, painted in brown with Japanese characters; the rough surface is coloured brown in the depressions.
