Full length female figure on pointe, wearing palest chestnut fitted jacket, palest yellow ankle length skirt with two bands of small white frills edged brown, a large brimmed bonnet with a bow tied around the high crown, a lozenge decorated scarf and carrying a hat box decorated with flowers. The pointe shoes are in the form of palest yellow and black button boots. Pencil and watercolour.
