Male figure with a tricorn hat and a metal staff painted entirely in brown standing on a grey painted cubic pedestal that in turn sits on two blocks of compostion marked and painted terracotta and grey to represent tiles. The two blocks are stepped. Each of the four faces of the pedestal is painted white with an inscription on three sides. Each of the four corners has two painted celluloid pillars. The figure is an original Toytown puppet whose articulation has been glued.
