Physical description
Gilded red small straight sided bowl rounding to a ring base.
Sides encircled with alternate quatrefoil and square compartments filled with flower heads and narrow borders of raised dots.

Descriptive line
Burmese bamboo and gilded lacquer khwet (tumbler). Konbaung Dynasty (1752-1885). Decorated with beading and floral patterns in the thayo, hman-zi shwei-cha medium. ca. early 19th century.
