The nose is a yellow plastic heart shape. The mouth and nose area are yellow nylon plush. The eyes are two tone purple and white plastic. The eyebrows are two purple stitched lines. There is a tuft of purple nylon hair at the top of the head. There is a triangular tail and a red plastic heart shape placed above it to the right with the Care Bear Cousins logo in white on it. There is a white label printed in red attached to the underside of the tail.
