Physical description

Panel of embroidered red damask, with a woven inscription. The panel has a cloud pattern, and is embroidered with a design of five-clawed dragons pursuing flaming jewels above sea and earth. The design is worked in couched gold thread and blue, green and cream silks in satin and long and short stitches. The panel is lined with yellow-fawn cotton.
