A card box printed in colours, mainly blues, to show the title, maker's details and illustrations of the toy and associated characters. It contains one blue plastic British police telephone box. Behind the door is a revolving cylinder. An action figure placed inside this cylinder can appear to 'materialise' and 'dematerialise' when a button on top of the toy is pressed.
