Hanging of painted kalamkari cotton. The design in the field consists of a flowering tree with roots growing from a mound, and the whole is contained within an acanthus arch. The tree-trunk is filled with scrolling. Broad border along the top is filled with stems with large flowers. Ogee devices in one of the bands running down the sides.
