Length of block-printed cotton, dark green ground with all-over design of staggered rows of large butas (flowering sprigs) in red and white. Either end finishes with a horizontal band with a floral meander in red and brown on a white ground. White areas are printed with resist, red areas with mordant. Complete except for one corner cut out. One corner has a black tax collection stamp (octroi) and the other inscribed with 'G.B.' for G. Baker, the collector.
