Fragment of a patolu (patola), double-ikat silk sari, comprising part of the field, a side border and outer border. The field is in phul bhat (leaf pattern) in red, green, yellow and white; the side border, which would form the waist edge of the sari, is in popat-nari-kunjar (bird, doll and elephant) pattern. The outer border is striped.
