Purchased by Caspar Purdon Clarke in Dhaka. 1883 Register entry: DRESS PIECE. Muslin. The centre figured with conventional floral design in white. A broad band of designs in blue runs the whole length at one third of the width. Borders of blue, and a pattern of cones in blue at each corner. Dacca. L. 16ft. 3in., W. 3ft. 4in. Bought, 16s. 6d. 662 IS.1883
