Physical description

Shawl of white cotton, embroidered in chain-stitch with yellow muga (moonga ) silk. Field pattern of stylised leaves, forming a trellis with a stylised flowerhead in each compartment. The field is surrounded by a series of borders, all consisting of stylised plant motifs. The principal end-borders are patterned with large cones.
