Complete purple muslin shawl, with applied decoration, in gold-wrapped thread and gold flattened wire, coloured beads and sequins. The field has large buta and border design with flowers and buta, the borders consist of a wide band of embossed silver ribbon, with bands of scrolling plants on either side on a green silk ground and gold and silver fringes. Part of the border is backed with diagonally-striped blue and silver ribbon.
