Salver

Place of origin

An oval salver with a scalloped edge and margin, fashioned to a high standard from translucent, greyish green nephrite jade. The central panel is decorated with floral motifs carved in relief within a narrow, raised border. There is a small chip to the edge.
The salver rests upon a short, narrow ring carved in relief from the smooth, polished base.
