Scrapbook (No. 5 of 9) containing family photographs, and paper ephemera relating to World War II, the 1950s, friends of the artist, and various aspects of popular culture in the mid 20th century. The artist's name and address are inscribed in the front of the book, along with a price sticker for £16.11. A loose newspaper cutting is also in the front of the book, relating a story from a New Zealand newspaper about IV drips causing blood poisoning. The subsequent 14 pages are blank except for one postcard, a still from a D. W. Griffith film entitled 'Intolerance' (1916).
