Costume design for Dulcie Gray as Lady Chiltern in Act IV of "An Ideal Husband". The design shows a full length female figure. The figure wears a late 19th century high collared light blue chiffon and taffeta blouse with "Leg of Mutton" sleeves worn under a wide black waist band or bodice, and flared light blue skirt. The blouse is edged with frills at the collar, cuffs, and over the top of the sleeves. The neck of the blouse is completed with a ruffle and a black velvet ribbon decorated with a red rose. The skirt is decorated with a white quipure trimming down the front and above the hem. The design has been drawn and painted over a light grey wash. Annotated by the artist.

This Costume design by Anthony Holland is part of an extensive collection of designs donated to the Theatre Museum by the artist in 1996. The design was executed for a production Oscar Wilde's play "An Ideal Husband" at the Strand Theatre, 1965.
