A square dish with low upright sides, hand-shaped, the base flat. Soft-buff earthenware, rather heavily potted and covered with a crazed lead-glaze. A spray of morning-glory vine hangs from the right top and raises several blue flowers across the centre; there are short inscriptions to the right (with signature) and the left. The rim also is outlined in green; glazed base.
