Incense burner, brown stoneware with finely crackled olive green glaze and decoration of rushes in underglaze iron. Body tapering slightly inwards from angular lower sides; waisted band immediately below slightly everted mouth. Fairly heavily potted; foot with continuous turned cavetto and small conical protrusion in centre. Glaze coverage complete and spreading onto inside of foot. Small pieces of kiln debris fused onto interior bottom.
