Libation-cup and stand, of porcelain painted in underglaze blue. The cup is in the form of the three-legged bronze vessel known as jue. The stand is a rimmed dish with a raised mound in the centre, on the sides of which are three channels to carry the feet of the cup. On the footrim are four raised feet. Painted round the rim and waist of the cup are V-pattern borders; between them are flying cranes among clouds; below and on the legs are conventionalised floral designs framed in scrollwork. The stand bears the same rim-border and 'crane-and-cloud' design; on the mound is a 'rock of ages' pattern. Flower-scrolls on the reverse. On the base of each are spur-marks which seem not to have been added for use.
