Glazed cotton, mordant- and resist-dyed (kalamkari, or chintz), featuring a large central cypress banked by two smaller cyrpresses. Above the central cypress is a small cartouche with the Iranian 'Lion and Sun' emblem. Beneath the cyrpess are a pair of peacocks and lions attacking deer.
