Colourless gems (crescent): Rock crystal; set over silver foils which have since tarnished. In imitation of lasque-cut diamonds
Pendants: Natural pearls (x4) with green glass terminals in imitation of emeralds (2 terminals have been lost) |

Object history | Acquired by the Indian Museum in 1867. Slip number 11,640. 'Whence received: Bengal"; described in the slip book as a turban ornament, and as having been 'Bought from Sale" without specifying any further details. Transferred to South Kensington Museum in 1879. |
