In the middle, a shield of arms (gules, on a scalloped panel or three griffins sable) with foliate mantling, helm and crest (a demi-griffin) in red, green and black; inner border of cresting in red and gold, and on the rim two sprays of flowers and two panels enclosing shipping scenes.
