Plate, porcelain, painted in polychrome enamels and gold with the arms of Grosvenor impaled. In the centre is a scene of a man being served wine by two ladies in a landscape with pavilion in famille rose enamels and above the arms, Argent a pale gules on a chief azure three crosses crosslet or, is not recorded, nor is the crest. Out of a mural coronet argent a demi bear proper supporting an escutcheon charged with two chevrons, the sinister coat, is that of Grosvenor, as borne by the Dukes of Westminster and by the Grosvenors of Eaton Hall in Cheshire and Dorset Azure a garb or. Round the rim are three floral sprays.
The arms have been added crudely, and possibly by the same workshop that may have enamelled a matching tray, perhaps at Canton.
