Plate, porcelain, painted with enamels and gold with the arms of Low impaling Kellet. The coat of arms is painted in the centre, predominantly in green and brown tones with a double-headed eagle and a tethered animal on a patch of grass and above with a crest of an arm holding a scroll. Round the sides is a shell and scroll border in red and gold.
