Bowl, porcelain, painted in enamels and gold on either side with the arms of Palmer of Holme Park in Sonning on Thames in Berkshire, Chequy or and sable, on a chief gules thwo mullets of the first; crest, A talbot sergant erminois. There is an empty scroll below the crest with flower sprays in between. Inside below the rim there is a gold and black spearhead border.
