Cup, porcelain, with sides slightly everted towards the rim, painted in underglaze blue and red and black enamels with the arms of Edwards with Hanbury in pretence. Round the outside is painted an irregular scrolling frieze filled with diaper patterns and scrolls, with peony scrolls, antique objects, etc., round the sides. On one side is the crest, a helmet surmounted by three feathers.
