Teacup with rounded spreading sides, porcelain, painted on either side is the shield of arms, Argent, on a chevron sable three garbs or, with the motto 'Per ardua vertus' and the crest framed in pendant swags, a garb; below the rim is a gold and blue enamel dot border with pendant swags and inside the lip a border of gold stars on a blue ground edged with dots on a red ground.
