In the middle, in black with red flesh tones, with a group of figures in European costume; on the left, two ladies with attendant page holding a sun-shade over them; on the right before the door of a building a monk holding back a youth in jacket and breeches with bare legs and sandals; inner border of cresting and on the rim foliate scrolls in dark red and gold.
