Coffee-cup of porcelain, painted in black enamel and gilt, with 'Tobias and the angel Raphael.' The cup is tall and straight-sided with a slightly rising loop-handle. Painted en grisaille in a circular medallion on the front is the scene of Tobias surrounded by his dogs, about to leave with the angel Raphael. A border of rococo scrollwork runs round the upper rim.
